In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of wd368 is strictly conditional upon meeting the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform. wd368 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services without exception.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. wd368 is designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market. Members accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that prevents you from contracting.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active wd368 account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account suspension on wd368 or any affiliated platform. Attempting to register a new account while self-excluded is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not a wd368 Employee or Affiliate: Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of individuals employed by or affiliated with wd368 are not eligible to hold a member account or participate in promotional offers.

To access real-money gambling services on wd368, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
2. Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. wd368 will never contact you by any channel to request your password. You must notify wd368 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted one account only, linked to a single verified identity, payment method set, and device environment. Duplicate accounts discovered at any stage will be closed, and any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
4. Account Transferability: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise assign your wd368 account or any balance within it to any third party.
5. Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 180 consecutive days are classified as inactive. wd368 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to inactive accounts with a positive balance, continuing until the balance is zero or until the account is reactivated by the member. Members will receive email notification prior to any administrative fee being applied.
6. Account Closure by Member: You may request permanent closure of your wd368 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal account within five business days, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding wagering obligations on active bonuses.

wd368 supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment methods for depositing funds into your account wallet. All deposits are transacted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Accepted Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional methods may be added to the platform at wd368's discretion and will be listed on the Deposit page within the member account portal.

Processing Times: E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your wd368 wallet within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks are typically credited within two to ten minutes during standard banking hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Deposits submitted outside these hours may take up to 30 minutes to process.

Fees: wd368 charges zero platform-side fees on all deposit methods. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside wd368's control and will be borne by the member.

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 25.000 (subject to change; current limits are displayed on the Deposit page).
• Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• wd368 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the member's own verified name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source account after deducting any applicable bank transfer fees.
• Deposits suspected to be proceeds of illegal activity or money laundering will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Members may withdraw their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and processing procedures:

1. KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification before funds are released. KYC requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM) and, in some cases, proof of residential address. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.
2. Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the member's most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by wd368's finance team. This same-method policy is applied to reduce fraud risk.
3. Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically processed within 10 minutes to two hours during operating hours (09:00–22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday).
4. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal and daily limits are displayed within the member account portal and may vary based on membership tier and verification status.
5. Fees: wd368 charges zero platform-side withdrawal fees. Bank-imposed transfer fees, if any, are the member's responsibility.
6. Pending Wagering Requirements: Withdrawals may not be processed while active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements remain in your wallet. You must complete the required turnover on bonus funds before withdrawing, or forfeit the bonus balance by contacting support.
7. Withdrawal to Own Account: Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own verified legal name. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be declined.

wd368 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section in addition to any specific terms published at the point of offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. A wagering requirement (turnover multiplier) applies to all bonuses. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each offer are stated in the offer's individual terms. Standard wagering requirements on wd368 range from 5× to 30× the bonus amount depending on the promotion type.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sportsbook bets contribute subject to minimum odds requirements stated per promotion. Togel bets typically contribute 0% toward casino bonus wagering, and casino bonuses contribute 0% toward sports bonus wagering, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire if not activated within the stated claim window. Active bonus funds and their wagering requirements expire if the turnover is not completed within the stated period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus has unmet wagering requirements may result in the new bonus being declined or the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: wd368 operates zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing equal and opposite bets to hedge wager requirements, systematically withdrawing after meeting requirements without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other members to exploit promotional structures. wd368 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to suspend or permanently ban accounts where abuse is detected.
• No Bonus Obligations: wd368 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. The availability of a past promotion does not create any entitlement to that or any equivalent promotion in the future.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on wd368, supplemented by product-specific rules accessible within each game or betting market:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on the wd368 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by wd368. wd368 reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit stake amounts, or restrict markets for any individual member without notice. Bet acceptance is final once a reference number or confirmation is issued.
• Odds & Prices: Sportsbook odds are updated continuously. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. In the event of a manifest error in published odds (including pricing errors that deviate materially from market consensus), wd368 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided — with stakes returned — in cases including event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, insufficient participation in an event, or clear pricing error. Void bets do not count toward wagering requirement turnover.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play markets may be suspended at any time at wd368's discretion, including during critical moments of a match. Bets submitted during a suspended period may be accepted at updated odds or declined. Members should verify confirmation of in-play bets before assuming acceptance.
• RNG Games & Slots: All slot games and RNG-based casino games on wd368 use certified random number generator technology provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. RNG certification and RTP (return-to-player) percentages are available in each game's information panel.
• Live Casino: Live dealer tables are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a game interruption due to technical failure at the dealer side, rounds that cannot be completed will be voided and stakes returned. wd368 is not liable for third-party live studio technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Disconnections: wd368 is not responsible for bets lost or games interrupted due to the member's own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power outage. Incomplete rounds at the time of disconnection will be resolved according to the relevant game's standard rules or voided if resolution is not possible.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wd368 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity, age, or residency information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit games in any way not available to ordinary users.
• Colluding with other players in table games, poker, or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in the sportsbook or casino to extract value — commonly referred to as "bugging" or "glitch exploitation". Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using wd368 as a vehicle for the transfer of illicit funds.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions via your bank or e-wallet provider (chargeback fraud). Confirmed chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wd368 support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain access to another member's account by any means.
• Systematic arbitrage betting, scalping, or any pattern of betting designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome at the expense of wd368's trading integrity.

All content on the wd368 platform — including but not limited to the wd368 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of wd368 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wd368 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any wd368 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any wd368 software application or game client.
• Creating derivative works based on wd368 content, including scraping odds data for redistribution or operating a competing product using wd368 game assets.
• Using wd368's brand name or logo in any external communication, advertising, or social media context without written approval.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) is licensed to wd368 by those studios and remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Members have no rights in any third-party game content beyond the right to play those games through the wd368 interface.

wd368's collection, use, storage, and protection of member personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between wd368 and each member.

By registering a wd368 account, you consent to wd368 processing your personal data — including identity documents submitted for KYC, transaction records, betting history, and device/IP information — for the purposes of account administration, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

wd368 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and game studio platforms to the extent necessary for service delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wd368 expressly limits its liability to members and third parties as follows:

• Platform Availability: wd368 provides its services on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability. wd368 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime but is not liable for losses arising from any period of unavailability.
• Gambling Outcomes: wd368 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by members. All gambling involves inherent risk. Members participate in all games and betting markets at their own risk.
• Third-Party Services: wd368 is not liable for failures, errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party game studios, payment processors, telecommunications providers, or any other service providers outside wd368's direct operational control.
• Consequential Losses: In no event shall wd368 be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, regardless of whether wd368 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Cap on Liability: Where wd368 is found liable under any cause of action, wd368's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your wd368 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits wd368's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

wd368 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or collusion.
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiated against wd368 by the member or their payment provider.
• Receipt of a legal or regulatory instruction requiring account closure or fund freezing.
• Member self-exclusion request, whether submitted directly or via a third-party responsible gambling service.
• Discovery that the member does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 02 of these Terms.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances, less any amounts attributable to fraudulent activity or outstanding obligations, will be returned to the member's verified withdrawal account after a review period of up to 14 business days.

Upon member-initiated account closure with no outstanding compliance concerns, the full real-money balance will be returned within five business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gambling platforms operating in the Southeast Asian region.

wd368 operates as an internationally licensed online gambling platform and does not represent that its services comply with the domestic laws of any specific jurisdiction. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of wd368 is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. Any dispute between wd368 and a member that cannot be resolved through our standard support escalation process will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitral award will be final and binding on both parties.

wd368 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wd368 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
• Notify active members by email or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the revised Terms take effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
• In the case of urgent changes, post the revised Terms immediately and notify members as soon as practicable thereafter.

Your continued use of the wd368 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 03(f) above.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible at wd368.vip/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or other communication, these Terms shall prevail.
